We hope you enjoy your stay in this wonderful Italianate building overlooking Plymouth Sound.  The buildings were constructed in the 1860’s and are Grade II* listed, which means they are considered as being within the most significant 8% of listed buildings in the country.  The sympathetic restoration over 5 years has reinstated spaces back to their previous proportions and grandeur - whilst upgrading the sound insulation, fire protection, heating and communications infrastructure to the highest standards possible for a heritage building.
